8.7 billion litres of diesel are consumed in Australia each year

Freight service vehicles alone used a total of 7.1 billion litres of diesel, which made up 70% of all fuel used by diesel vehicles

For every litre of diesel used, 2.7 Kgs of greenhouse gases are emitted

The total greenhouse gases for the year is approximately 25 million tons

Using D-GAS, we could reduce the greenhouse gases emitted to 1.8 Kgs per litre.

Using D-GAS, the total greenhouse gases would be reduced to 15 million tons per year.

Using D-GAS would result in a total saving of 10 million tons of greenhouse gases per year.
